Rocket Fuel is a strong alcoholic drink. A mixture of one part water and three parts alcohol, it's known as Rocket Fuel because it can be used as such. RL The Redstone rocket which launched the first United States astronaut into orbit used this as fuel. On twenty first century Earth, it's more commonly known as moonshine.
